| 17 Kompania 1 Pułku Artylerii Pieszej w 1812 biła się w składzie I Korpusu min. w bitwach pod Borodino a w 1813 w składzie V korpusu min. w bitwie pod Lipskiem. | The 17th Company of the 1st Foot Artillery Regiment fought in 1812 as part of the 1st Corps, including in the battles of Borodino, and in 1813 as part of the 5th Corps, including in the battle of Leipzig. |

| Postanowiłem uzupełnić swoją armię o ciężką artylerię, bo nie ma to jak 12funtowe działa. Postawiłem na kompatybilność (w postaci figurek) z pozostałą armią robioną na 1812 rok. Natomiast działa to wydruk 3D. | I decided to supplement my army with heavy artillery, because there's nothing like 12-pounders. I focused on compatibility (in the form of figures) with the rest of the army made for 1812. The cannons, however, are 3D printed. |

| Do dowodzenia kompanią dodałem jedną figurkę z zestawu Victrixa. Lubię w każdym oddziale mieć jakąś figurkę, która pełni rolę dowódcy a ta z zestawu Victrixa dobrze komponuje się z resztą figurek. | I added one figure from the Victrix set to lead the company. I like to have a figure in each unit that acts as a commander and the one from the Victrix set fits in well with the rest of the figures. |

| Najwięcej pracy było przy druku 3D gdzie elementy nie są dość dokładnie spasowane, ale to raczej materiał na osobny wpis. Figurki od braci Perrych to jak zwykle świetny materiał do malowania, a z połączenia tych zestawów powstała moja pierwsza kompania artylerii ciężkiej dla armii Francuskiej. | The most work was in 3D printing, where the elements are not quite precisely fitted, but that is rather material for a separate entry. The Perry brothers' figures are, as usual, great material for painting, and by combining these sets I created my first heavy artillery company for the French army. |
