Francuska Piechota liniowa na lata 1812-1815, czyli późny okres Wojen Napoleońskich, a właściwie ich schyłek. Jednak można złożyć z nich jednostki na ciekawe kampanie:
- wojnę z rosją 1812 roku,
- kampanie niemieckie 1813,
- obronę Francji 1814
- kampanię belgijską.
Dość sporo, jest więc w czym wybierać.

French Line Infantry for the years 1812-1815, i.e. the late period of the Napoleonic Wars, or rather their end. However, you can assemble units from them for interesting campaigns:
- the war with Russia in 1812,
- German campaigns of 1813,
- defense of France 1814
- Belgian campaign.
Quite a lot, so there is a lot to choose from.

W pudełku, wykonanym z twardej tektury, znajdziemy następujące figurki:
- 24 plastikowych figurek piechoty liniowej (lub lekkiej - bo można z nich zrobić też lekką piechotę),
- 4 metalowe figurki dowództwa piechoty liniowej (lub lekkiej - bo w zasadzie można z nich zrobić lekką piechotę a drugie pudełko "dedykowane" piechocie lekkiej ma inny zestaw figurek dowództwa),

Dodatkowo:
- Kartka z informacją o piechocie liniowej która zawiera kilka flag do wycięcia.
- Kalkomania na ładownice.
- Metalowy drucik jako drzewiec flagi wraz z orłem.


W pudełku mamy 28 figurek a zwykle batalion robi się z figurek 24. Dlatego zależy czy robimy figurki typowo pod system Black Powder, czy może figurki składamy uniwersalnie także pod inne systemy. Należy pamiętać, że w Black Powder nie ma znaczenia ilość figurek a długość frontu jednostki. To znaczy, że można wyjść poza schemat 24 (lub 28 jeśli malujemy wszystkie figurki z tego pudełka) figurek na batalion i dalej będzie można spokojnie grać w Black Powder.


Jeśli chodzi o wykonanie figurek to są one łatwe w budowie tj. składają się z 3 bardzo dobrze pasujących do siebie części. Łatwo się je wycina i prawie w ogóle nie posiadają nadlewek. Jak zawsze podkreślę, że ubolewam nad tym, że francuska piechota jest w płaszczach. Ma to swój jeden zasadniczy plus - maluje się je szybciej, i jeden zasadniczy minus - na stole wyglądają ubogo obok piechoty innych krajów, które są bez płaszczy.
Jedyną nieścisłością są dla mnie dwie figurki, które nie występują w płaszczach. Jest to pułkownik i chorąży. Jakoś nie pasuje mi to do pozostałych figurek, które są w płaszczach.
Pułkownika wolałbym też konno, nie kroczącego razem z batalionem. Chociaż uczciwie muszę przyznać, że ta figurka jest bardzo fajna i ma w sobie taką "energię" co wyróżnia ją od pozostałych.

Duży minus należy się za flagi, bo pomimo tego, że zestaw reklamowany jest na lata 1812-1815 to flagi pasują tylko do 1815 roku. Druga kartka z flagami na lata 1812-1814 pewnie nie byłaby dużym kosztem a byłaby mega ukłonem w stronę graczy.

In the box, made of hard cardboard, we will find the following figures:
- 24 plastic figures of line infantry (or light infantry - because you can also make light infantry out of them),
- 4 metal figurines of the command of the line infantry (or light infantry - because you can basically make them into a light infantry and the second box "dedicated" to the light infantry has a different set of command figures),

Additionally:
- A sheet with information about line infantry which contains several flags to be cut out.
- Decals for pouches.
- A metal wire as a flag pole with an eagle.

There are 28 figures in the box, and usually a battalion is made of 24 figures. Therefore, it depends whether we make figures typically for the Black Powder system, or maybe we assemble figures universally also for other systems. Please note that in Black Powder the number of figures does not matter and the length of the unit's front. This means that you can go beyond the scheme of 24 (or 28 if we paint all the figures from this box) figures per battalion and still be able to play Black Powder.

When it comes to making the figures, they are easy to build, i.e. they consist of 3 parts that fit together very well. They are easy to cut and have almost no sprues. As always, I will emphasize that I regret that the French infantry are in overcoats. This has one major plus - they are painted faster, and one major minus - they look poor on the table next to the infantry of other countries that are without coats.
The only inaccuracy for me are two figures that do not appear in coats. It is a colonel and an ensign. Somehow it doesn't fit with the other figurines that are in coats.
I would also prefer a colonel on horseback, not walking with the battalion. Although I honestly have to admit that this figurine is very cool and has such "energy" that distinguishes it from the others.

A big minus is for the flags, because despite the fact that the set is advertised for the years 1812-1815, the flags fit only to 1815. The second card with flags for the years 1812-1814 probably wouldn't be a big cost and would be a huge tribute to the players.
